I am constantly doing that which I cannot do, in order that I may learn how to do it. Develop a foundation of strength and conditioning utilizing the fundamentals. As you think, so shall you become. Improve your work capacity by increasing the intensity of the fundamentals. Learn and develop higher complexity movements and skills.
