STS will prepare young men for life and, hopefully, free them from a life of drugs, alcohol, violence, anger, oppression, abuse, pre-martial sex and other bad influences in their lives that lead to limiting their future choices. Young men in the 7th grade at MLK will be mentored through graduation from high school by a caring and committed team of experienced, successful adult mentors. Be accepted for who they are, not what they are.
