Belgium for certain areas only. Monday, May 31, 2004." The header had free Internet access as the highest ranking optimized keyword. It is followed by dialup, no registration, and registration free which isn't as ranked as highly as free Internet access. The next words free_internet.blogspot.com used was international. free internet was included but will not be viewed by search engines.
