Sports Camp, 4th of July festivities, Worship in the Park, Helping The Rock Church create a float for the 4th of July parade, helping The Rock Church continue to develop a positive image in the community. I have no intention of buying it ever again. It smooths down those little frizzies that are inevitable when you have a nest such as mine, and keeps them down.
This is my way of being accountable to the world during my journey to get fit and STAY that way. I want to inspire others to do the same. Why have I been waking up not hungry. I always eat my one egg and egg whites and one kashi waffle but lately Im not that hungry. This is going well so far. Well this week I have lost 2 lbs so far.
