Time to get out and about, the weather is never brill until the late Spring Bank Holiday so take waterproofs and layers and maybe plan an activity into the days, or a theme place! There are so many places to choose from.
Day two of expressing thanks for blessings in my life. I am thankful for my husband, and his wonderful works around our home. I am thankful for my family; without them I could be very lonely. I am thankful for wonderful, caring friends who continually encourage and delight me. Additionally, I am LOVING this weather.

Reflections on trying to live life well. Germans tend to smile only when necessary. They also seem to make complaining a sport. Free smiles for everyone and keep a positive attitude. I recently read an article by a German about the US and he complained about the fact that Americans smile too much. My point exactly! Taxes are included in the price tag and while tipping is a polite gesture it usually entails a few cents for a drink and a couple Euro .
