Monday, November 24, 2008. This interior is very unique. With a full size aquarium and custom pieces, it feels expensive and exquisite. This interior is very simple and modern. The forms are simple, sleek, and smooth. Tuesday, October 28, 2008. This bookshelf was built in a grid-like form. Built and designed by Trix and Robert Haussmann. This table reminds me of planar datum. The designer is Gerrit T. Rietveld, built around 1922-1923.
Wednesday, December 3, 2008. I quickly snapped this picture under a tree on campus, because I really liked the way the light broke through the canopy. I intentionally meant for the light to be off-centered, but once I downloaded the picture, I realized the branch lead to it and created an unique composition. This large interior, said to be the largest for a thousand years, utilizes openings to utilized natural light. Repetitions is also a common. Guggenheim, Frank Lloyd Wright. Airport, Madrid, Spain.
Tuesday, September 2, 2008. Some of my favorites! Colonial Architecture is very distinct. I often wonder what the house has seen in decades past, and still amazed at how well the colonial homes were built to last. I really like the modern feel to this home. The glass on the upper level makes for a beautiful sun room. This residential home resembles a lot of the adobe style, which is one of my favorites. Some of my favorites! View my complete profile.
