Aaron and Rob went to dental school together and when we found out we would all be going to Baylor for specialty residencies, we decided we would share a big moving truck! Informal glimpses of our life here in Mexico. Today after our Spanish class we went on another excursion- this time we went to a chocolate store called Chocolate Guelaguetza. This is the fruit of the cacao tree. Inside are the seeds, the cocoa beans. They have to remove the skins on the beans before grinding them. Next they combined almonds and a cinnamon stick with the cocoa beans and put it in the grinder. After our tour we went to the Mercado de humo.
