She loves their mac n cheese and pumpernickel bread and Michael and I love steak, so its win-win for us all! How do they get things on TV? Are there tiny people in there?

Tuesday, January 4, 2011. I started to write earlier, after watching the weather in bed, then saw a commercial for the new Biggest Loser and I decided that I should go run first. As of right now there is no snow or sleet in the forecast. A tad disappointed to say the least! Here were my thoughts while running today. Dry fit shirts need a ban.

Running and Detoxing

Tuesday, September 7, 2010. Lunch - Chicken from a whole chicken that I oven roasted last night and some red grapes. Dinner - Mixed vegetable stir fry and a chicken thigh. Wednesday, September 1, 2010. Today adds chicken and fish! Breakfast - Fruit bowl. Dinner - A grilled chicken leg quarter, tossed salad, and corn on the cob.
