Enjoying life with healthy food and staying fit. Yesterday I did legs and Calves and boy were my legs burning while doing the workouts. I am pretty shock that my legs are not sore today. I woke up this morning feeling like I lost some body fat. I also dropped 1lb which feels awesome.
