Tuesday, September 30, 2014. Customer Service is Like Marriage. Customer service is a lot like marriage. They can both go bad for the same reasons. Let me illustrate with a couple of stories. The customer after you witnesses the entire scene and sees that the barista is shaken up so he encourages her and tries to cheer her up.
