Tuesday, September 16, 2014. Bloom where you are planted. I almost fainted many times and I was near to puking at one point as well. I also had to modify some of the moves due to those things and also due to my size. I was down 4 lbs! I have been eating great and getting in more physical activity so I was hoping for a good number.
I want to be healthy and above all Happy. Diams; 29 January, 2012. It was relaxing today being out with my boys. Me and the boys behind the statue soooo much fun we had.

Tuesday, 25 November 2014. My first proper hike in . who knows how long! Sitting on my butt for six months straight more or less has rewarded me with a hefty weight gain. Just what I needed, more. To lose. Ah well, it is what it is. Im hoping to find some of that determination I had way back when . when things were easier and everything wasnt such a struggle foodwise. Baby steps! Up through the forest. Close to the top, a majestic mountain in the distance. The fjord, seen from the top of the mountain.CONTENT
