Tales and images from the life of a triathlete. Sunday, August 2, 2009. In honor of Mike Keane. Just finished the MS 150, way to go hoss! I am writing a quick update rather than a novel. 1 My achilles is still there. 5 miles in the past month, and am dying to run.
A journey through the life of a regular guy seeking to be a better person. Sometimes succeeding, sometimes failing. At the age of 33 I turned my life around. I was fat and out of shape working a dead end retail job. Now at 37 I am 100lbs lighter, I completed a two year technical diploma with a 4. 0 Gpa and I am employed by a major energy company. Awesome blogs and more! Find me on Twitter.

Blog Thoughts of Life in Popular Culture. Saturday, August 7, 2010. The style of the article was very smooth and easy to read. It broke down the sections with heading and transitioned into the next section easily.
