Magic spot and only one other camper here. Camp near the boat ramp but far enough away to minimise the Sand Fly population. The first week was good fishing then the moon and tide cycles changed. Monday, September 28, 2009. Arrived at my brothers place in South Hedland and camped for a week before heading off to put some fish in our freezer before heading off thru the desert on the Gary Junction Road to Alice Springs. Even with the full annexe. Best part of the day! .
Wednesday, June 18, 2008. Humility Helps in Life - and Fishing Life. OK, no blog yesterday. We caught 30 or so walleyes and had a very, very challening day with the sun high in the sky, no clouds, and the temperature rising quickly after the multiple cold fronts. A couple just came into the game room and shared with me some more success stories. Just goes to show you. I will let you know how the two new secret lakes turn out tomorrow. Monday, June 16, 2008.
