Thursday, July 2, 2009. I have started The base plate fabrication. I picked up the 12x6 6mm thick plate at the local scrap yard for around 60 rupees or roughly a dollar and a half. After marking the outlet port dimensions of the supercharger on the plate I cut the plate with a torch and drilled 7mm holes to facilitate bolting the outlet manifold and blower onto the plate. I will then dry fit the blower onto the plate and mark out where i need the holes for the main blower to baseplate mounting studs.
