I started blogging to keep my family informed while we moved all over the nation on the whims of the Navy, and it has evolved into what you see today! I enjoy many of the finer things in life, including good books, good movies, happy moments and good conversation. My family is my world, my Sailor is my heart.

Just my ramblings about us. Monday, February 20, 2012. We took the kids to the zoo today, since they were out of school, and Dalven was off work. I probably could have done more pictures, but I was having too much fun watching the kids! Madi was having a ball! This is her first real zoo trip. Monday, December 31, 2012. The last few hours of 2012. Are closing in on me. I am here sitting in out breezy apartment alone. Tim is at work tonight on duty and Kalea is sleeping. I think I have tried really hard to not reflect on my feelings this evening. Probably because I am feeling one billion of them all at once. I feel like I finally settled into being a stay at home mom. Some days get boring but most days I am perfectly content being at home with her all day.
