Sunday, August 17, 2014. On Saturday, we had friends over for dinner, which was lovely. Because I managed to clean my house. Maybe we should have friends over more often. I had a healthy breakfast, some fruit for lunch in preparedness for the PORK BELLY. OMG I love pork belly.
I admit to liking structure and routine. Rules can be good! Which means that I sometimes have a hard time bending them.
Finding me without a uniform. They say time passes faster as you get older. I am sure whenever I attend lectures, I am likely to be the only one with a pen! It has been 12 months. Wow, 12 months, nearly to the day since I last posted.

My Aunty let me take over her kitchen to bake and photograph these. These little ramekins are low-cal and packed full of flavour. Full recipe at the end. Finely dice two cloves of garlic. Cutting the ends off each clove and crushing them makes it so much easier to peel and dice them.

Things are ticking along slowly on Get Commando Fit,. 2kgs and 17cms down in the first 4 weeks as always the numbers never feel great enough but at least they moving in the right direction. I finally took a leap towards my future yesterday.
