Sunday, January 22, 2012. On Spending Time Alone. I have never been one to like spending time alone. I dont like going to a restaurant and eating alone for sure. It is not like I dont like my own company. I just like more being with people than not . We all have our preferences. That brings me back to the concept of Yin and Yang. Yin is introverted and quiet. Yang is expansive and extroverted. Yin is nurturing and creative. Yang is destructive and consuming. We need a balance of both to live healthy me.
