The Body Projex was thumping Monday night with lots of heavy hitting and serious faces! I just love it when people get serious about their workout. We had young and old all at the same time. With one goal in mind. The young had the look of pure excitement on their faces and the older looked very determined. It was pure fuel for the fire. Yes it was electric in the studio that night.
