Thursday, November 20, 2008. Ok, so I had this nightmare. It was that I had eaten my way back up to 200 pounds. Then, I realized I was AWAKE and this was a nightmare in the truest sense of the word. Seriously, is there something WRONG with my brain? Tuesday, November 11, 2008. Check out THAT entry listed above! This lady could be a weight loss coach. I know cutting back the food CAN be done.
Instead of having SlimFast for breakfast and lunch, I fell back to my standard no breakfast and a sandwich of some sort of lunch. I guess I figure I am not doing too bad since I would normally want two sandwiches and only opted for one. I know I am doing just as bad though as I piled on the extra crunchy peanut butter onto the third slice of bread that made up my sandwich. To keep me fat I did not exercise today.

A Chronicle of Our Journey From Fat Moms to Fit Moms. So much for regular updates! Today was the final day of the first bootcamp session. I have been surprised by several things during this bootcamp. 2 - I love working out outside. I suspect this only applies to 6am though - I hate being hot, but 6am is nice and cool.
