Monday, December 27, 2010. last time i posted anything was over 2 months ago. we even are using the pack and play on trips now. At 4 months, she was 14lbs and 8ozs, exactly double her birthweight.

I married my husband, Rob, in 2003. In 2007, we decided we were ready to start a family but God had other plans! After many years I finally became a mommy in 2012 when we adopted our beautiful girls Hazel Kate and Kellie Caroline.

Wednesday, July 9, 2014. I have experienced times in my life when I had a best friend, and I have lived through seasons during which I felt very alone, isolated, and left out. I can look back on certain friendships that have withstood the test of time and distance. Some time after our move here, I prayed and asked God about these things.

Thursday, July 5, 2012. While I was gone we hit a big potty training milestone with Kate and Emily cut her first tooth! She looks so cute with her two little stubs peeking through her top gums when she smiles! This was the best I could get trying to capture those 2 little stubs sticking out.

Thursday, August 23, 2012. Today was a big day- two big milestones occurred. He met his teachers yesterday. Reid settled in after about a half hour, so we stayed a bit longer. I was hoping the good feelings about his room and teachers would stick out in his mind.
