Thursday, January 7, 2010. Since I have not blogged in a while my next few post will be a bit of playing catch-up! The rest of us spent the day searching for shells, walking along the beach and still enjoying the beauty and relaxation offered only by the awe of the ocean. Nate spent much of his time taking photos of the beautiful scenery. Ali looking at the Atlantic. We spent an evening minature golfing, which is always fun! She and Ali wer.
Day three into my new place and we already had some people over for festivities! I carved my very first pumpkin ever! It was a lot harder than it looks and the pumpkin guts are SICK! However, we had a great time showing off our new place with no furniture but we had cookies and drinks and counters to sit on. I feel very festive and I am even thinking about passing out candy. New place, new adventures, enjoying life-. This is called catch up.
Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Well, it turns out I have decided to blog. Which in turn, means, I have a whole year of updating to do. I am almost positive this will be a very long post, so bare with me. I will make it as simple as possible and just try updating the events that occurred month by month. Other than our lovely anniversary we spent in Wilmington, NC, all my wonderful Georgia friends through me a baby shower! .
Saturday, May 8, 2010. Cheesy Chicken and Salsa Skillet. Fast, simple and still tasty. CHEESY CHICKEN and SALSA SKILLET. 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces. 2 c multigrain penne pasta, uncooked. 1 lg green pepper, cut into short, thin strips. 1 c frozen corn, thawed.
Monday, April 19, 2010. this year was a true FairyTale! Then he surprised her by giving her a motorcycle helmet so they could ride together. They had looked at this helmet on Ebay and she was floored that he had ordered it for her.
Sunday, July 21, 2013. I thought it turned out pretty cute. In the morning Daddy got to sleep in while we made breakfast and got his presents out. Earlier in the week, the kiddos painted this crown for daddy, so he could be king for a day. Daddy read the book the kids gave him. And the picture he received for his office. Sunday, November 3, 2013. We had a pretty low key Halloween this year. It was pouring rain all day and so we werent even sure if we were going to be able to go trick-or-treating. However, the rains stopped about 4pm so we were able to go! Unfortunately, most of our neighborhood was banking on there not being any trick-or-treaters due to poor weather, so the number of houses that were passing out candy was slim.
