Monday, May 7, 2012. The death of Thomas Hutchins. Thomas Hutchins must have owned land in Rutherford County. When he died, he left all his land to one of his sons and a grandson. His will is available from the North Carolina State Archives. 7, 1843, according to his pension file. His will was entered into the court records on Feb.
