Friday, May 1, 2015. My Thoughts on having Bipolar Disorder. What a complex illness to describe. I struggle to put into words the feelings that flow through me on a daily basis, the highs and lows, the paranoia, the over analyzing. I struggle to understand why but ultimately I know that what I need most is to embrace this new part of me, accept it, manage it, and continue living. How do I keep my daughters from seeing me like this and still manage to take care of them? To trust my judgement? Please help .
