Last month, my husband went on a kayak trip and came home with around 15 stitches in his chin. apparently, the fairly simple task of gathering firewood at the campsite took a bad turn somewhere along the way. so his trip was interrupted by a visit to the emergency room where a nice doctor put him back together and sent him on his way. May have also been a factor.

It was so much more than a 1st birthday party, it was also a celebration of life. Kiley has brought an incredible amount of joy not only to us, but to our family and friends as well.
