Am I engaging my abs? Are my muscles tired or did I injure something? No running. I was only permitted to do slow.

Me, My Tumors and I. It could always be worse. I had my appendix removed at age 23. Only screaming also hurt like hell. Compared to the appendectomy, brain surgery was a breeze.
