Gear and what to pack. Thursday, August 6, 2015. Faith in humanity, restored. So there I was, trying to get some sleep before sunrise and it was before sunrise that my small bagpack was gone. What was not replaceable were the photos I took earlier that day in the next village to Lagos.
Another blog about adventures on the road. Having Iranian visas secured we were again free to visit places. And as the weather in Trabzon was cold and rainy we headed towards south coast. But the more things you have the less travelling you do. Anyways the reasonable minimum to be comfortable is at least a backpack, proper shoes, some clothes and sometimes sleeping accessories. Hearty chicken curry and yellow rice - recipe. Something I often cook during busy weekdays is a nice hearty chicken curry. The lovely thing with a curry is that there are so many different recipes on the internet you can choose from to add variation each time you make it. I generally add what I have in my fridge that specific day. 2 chicken breast, cut in cubes. 2 tomatoes, cut in cubes. 1 dl double cream or yoghurt.
