Duke is a 2-3 year old male golden retriever. His family had to downsize and could no longer keep him. Jason found him on KSL. Sunday morning Ellie and Jason made the 7 hour trip to bring him home.

Here we are in the final days of our mission. Hard to believe the time has come for us to finish. We had our final interview with our Mission President on Friday, had to speak in church at our Temple Square Sacrament Meeting this morning, which makes us realize it is about over. We truly have loved serving here. Our home for the past 18 months. We have loved our view. Of the Temple from our Seventh floor balcony. Jace was just six days old.

Wednesday, September 14, 2011. High maintenance to say the least. It has taken four years and one month to convince Cody that I am worthy of cutting his hair. I have done cousins, friends, sisters, and mother of the bride wedding and dance hairdos. Not to mention the continual daily niece hair style. My specialty is the braid. We always know who wins that one because it has yet to be long.
