I enjoy this challenge, and I am ever fascinated by the complexities of winemaking. My mentors from the local winemaking community and wine industry provided guidance with various aspects of our vineyard and wines.

Duftende syrin har tatt over etter liljekonvallen. Berberisen konkurrerer litt på baksiden om å ha mest duft. Og for meg så er det mye hageglede i duft. Forsythia er ikke de eneste buskene vi har forynget, Vi har tatt for oss busk for busk og forynget litt hvert år. Skjærsminen helt bakerst i bildet ble halvert i fjor og nå er den ikke helt monster lengre, så jeg håper det samme skjer med forsythiaen.
