The Ethnography of Learning and Development. Tuesday, March 11, 2008. I really enjoyed these articles, and appreciate the analytical approach to validate their findings. I think this kind of work can make reasearch much more accessible to people outside of academia, which I also see as beneficial. I think it will be a long time though, before the empiricists and funders will give credibility to these methods. Monday, March 10, 2008.
And I got the feedback from the two external examiners. One very cool scholar in the US. While the second, who is a big name in the UK for her work on precarious cultural work.
Another truly wonderful Caribbean-inspired dish is one taken right from the cookbook written by the owners of the Sugar Mill Hotel on Tortola, BVI. Avocados grow bountifully in the Caribbean when in season.
