This is what life is all about. I was feeling pretty good and resting. At around 10 I started to complain of a dull achy pain in my side, not high or low kind of in my mid section. It got really bad around 12.

This blog is a place to come for exercise tips and healthy recipe ideas. I am not a professional nutritionist or exercise guru but I am a wife and mother and live a normal life.
