Monday, September 19, 2011. My thoughts on turning 40. In July 2011, I just turned the historical mark of 40. Yes, 40 years on this earth. Some years have progressed very quickly, other years just took forever, especially in my teenage years. I looked forward to my 30 year mark. and felt it was a time for new beginnings and my prayers to find my ultimate soulmate would be answered, that the Lord would surely bless me wi.

Friday, October 17, 2014. The boys have the day off school so they get to go with us. All in all a fun time. When you are a boy age nine or seven. What puts you in seventh heaven? Playing in the dirt, or getting grass stains. Jumping in a puddle after it rains. Breaking the rules, never abiding.

8230;where the unexpected is expected. The idea of writing on this particular subject has been floating around in my head for a number of days now. As often happens when inspired to write, the concept itself expands, implodes, shrivels and encounters blockades in the hope of finally settling into pen on paper. Or in this instance hands to keyboard. It is never a case of whether it should.

Wednesday, July 23, 2014. Cream of chicken and asparagus soup, which included chopping and sauteing a leek. Cheese and Bacon breakfast muffins. Cauliflower cheese bake for lunch. Chopped ALL the vegies for beef and vegie rice, other than the capsicum. Did onion, zucchini, mushroom, celery and carrots. Monday, July 21, 2014.
