I apologize, but Im having a really good time and have been busy spending time with family and friends, going out to eat, shopping, and just having fun! I havent even used my regular camera yet. Im doing a photo drop from my iPhone in no particular order. Ive been randomly snapping pictures all week. It was pretty cool. Things like this make me miss living in the DC area. Monday, September 17, 2012. Tuesday, September 11, 2012. Davis turned 3 on June 8th and we had a little SpongeBob pool party with family and a few of his favorite friends. We had a barbeque and SpongeBob cake for dessert. Simple, but lots of fun and he loved it.

After years of dreaming of life in community, Eric and I took a leap of faith this summer, left our church positions, and moved our little family into Portland, jumping with both feet into the uncertain water. On a temporary basis, we moved in the 18th Avenue Peace House. Downtown Portland is just over those trees. 2nd floor landing and office.
