Sunday, April 24, 2011. I had a feeling the Physical Kids would discover Fillory. Once the main characters graduated Brakebills, I realized that The Magicians was going to be very different from Harry Potter, which primarily takes place at Hogwarts. The living arrangement that Alice, Quentin, Janet, etc. are involved in post-graduation is bizarre to me. All the kids basically do is sleep, party, eat, repeat. I cannot believe Alice died! Because Quentin failed to meet her for dinner.

Monday, April 26, 2010. This writing project was possibly the most difficult for me to get started on just because it is so different from anything I have ever done before.

Saturday, October 3, 2009. When creating a statement of purpose there are a lot of things to take into consideration. First, I will take into consideration the reason or more specific purpose for my writing. With my picture, I would like to use comparison to take my paper to the next level. I want to look at the leisure activities used in 1940. Terms, but maybe another form of leisure for them. Also, my project might help my secondary audience see what it is like to live in a place like America.
