Friday, December 12, 2008. St Nickolaus - Dec 6th 2008. One of my favorite Christmas traditions in St Nickolaus. We adopted this one from our missions to Germany. On December 6th the children put their shoes by the door and in the morning the shoes are filled with candy or coins or presents.
Saturday, December 31, 2011. 12 Days of service Continued. This month has been to fastest month ever! Why does December have to go so fast. I am so lucky that I decided to do 12 random days of service, had I not done that, I think I would have let the season go by without even thinking of others. She gave me freeze dried sausage, made some Lasagna with it. sooo good! My family loved it, so it was even better.

The water was freezing, but you better believe I still got in up to my knees! This is a picture looking down on Cannon Beach. The rocks might look familiar if youve seen Goonies.
