Caspar van Erp- IcFEM Gap Programme. I am coming as part of a team on the 3rd August and we will be staying with IcFEM for 11 weeks. We are currently in our second year of Human Kinetic Technology studies at The Hague Polytechnic University, Holland. The internship is due to take place in the third year of our studies, and is a phase we are very much looking forward to.
It keeps freezing and skipping which has never happened before and makes it very very hard to edit anything! Friday, January 26.
We are now already 10 weeks in Kimilili, we still have one week to go before our vacation! Last Friday at the end of the day we took all our tools to the guesthouse. We had to do a few small things to finish the tricycles so we could bring them to the painter on Saturday. Friday evening and Saturday morning we did the finishing touch and in the afternoon we finally could bring them to the painter! Next Monday they are ready.

Saturday, January 5, 2008. On Monday morning we applied the finishing touches to our work in the IcFEM Nursery, by cleaning the windows and then arranging the furniture, before going home to carry on work on the trophy.
