I have now retired from my floristry business.

The idea was to hold a crisis conversation between two people with differing views. The Christmas tree lights flickered and died just seconds before two tousled headed children, casting sleep aside, rushed into the cold, dark but beautifully decorated room.

Cooking with fresh seasonal produce all year round. Stem ginger and rose shortbread. These delicate and buttery biscuits are a perfect tea time treat and hit the spot for me. Blackberry, fig and hazelnut cheesecake. Seasonal fruit at its best.
