April 24, 2010 in Uncategorized. Well today has pros and cons. Breakfast was supposed to be poached egg, toast, wilted spinach. Instead it was poached eggS, toast and baked beans. Lunch- wholemeal pasta with zucchini, snow peas, lemon and ricotta.
There will always be days when something interrupts your fitness program plans. Sometimes I can squeeze my intended program back into my day, or squeeze it into the next day! But sometimes you may have three days when it is impossible to squeeze in anything, including a walk around the block. Energy how do you get it? May 10, 2011.
