Friday, April 6, 2012. The morning of her birthday we let her open all her presents from us! Her birthday is kind of tricky because it is on Halloween. I think it kind of gets a little overshadowed. But I think she likes it that we get to drag it out over several days. There is no such thing. There was nothing online, no party supplies anywhere or ideas to steal.
Monday, December 27, 2010. The Great 8 Garlock happenings of 2010. He teaches accounting classes, faculty chair for Masters of Accounting Program at University of Phoenix, and does tax work the first of the year.
I thought it would be appropriate to start now and share that my Dad passed away Yesterday morning. He died in so much peace with all of his siblings, parents, wife, children and loved ones around him with literally a SMILE on his face. Read from the bottom first. Sunday, May 10, 2015. April - one big post. Ruth was the Little Red Hen in her preschool performance. Ruth is so happy to finally be the one playing a sport! Ruth lost her two bottom teeth. She has the smallest teeth, she lost them and had to leave a note for the tooth fairy. Eden was super scarf lady at school one day. This was one day when I tried to potty train Ben. Sunday, August 10, 2008. Months since Dale and I last seen him.
Saturday, January 8, 2011. I thought he was going to cry; instead, he was infatuated with his beard. We drove to Pahrump at night so he could sleep the whole drive there.
Mikey and Hazel are going to hate this video one day. Here is our little Hazel at Ballet School. She loves these classes! I was surprised that she still performed with all the people in the room. It was super cute! October 18, 2010.
We decided to take a little family walk, on a trail next to the Sacramento River. The girls had so much fun. I love this picture of them walking together. Such a special bond shared between sisters. It is so fun to watch them grow and develop together. This was a fun time had by all, I think we did this walk 3 times that week. These girls just love to be outside. I love this candid shot. Such a sweet girl! Ava wasn.

Tuesday, December 8, 2009. My sisters and I are all very close. We love any excuse to get away together for a few days. Birthdays, bridal showers for our daughters, or the time we found 59. flights to New York. A few weeks ago we took a little cruise to Ensanada for my Sister Cathys 50th Birthday. What makes them so fun is that my dad comes along. We had a carefree weekend of shopping, eating and just relaxing. The Ship is full of photo booths.so of course we had to take adventage of them! In 2014 I decided that in order to fulfill my life long dream of being a painter and illustrator it would be necessary to hone my skills. So I signed up for classes and finally went back to Ventura College where I had studied art in the past. I was encouraged to complete my degree and told by the counselor that it could be out of there in a year! For now I hope yo.

Imagine whipping out your trusty light saber, flicking a switch and it becomes a gleaming blade of deadly light to strike down your foes. It only happens in the movies, or does it? Normally, photons, the massless particles which make up light, pass through each other rather than reacting. Not a particularly effective weapon. At best, a spectacular light show.
