Elisabeth in France

Friday, October 22, 2010. Although apparently the French government does not have enough money to pay for retirement, the government still has the money to reimburse around 20 of the monthly rent to foreign students. All the exchange students have registered for this reimbursement. While everybody still has to wait whether he or she is really eligible for the payment, it was stated that you usually receive this payment and I do not mind that, of course. The even sang a song for us, which was in English and quite touristy, I doubt they even knew what they were singning.

Being an exchange student has opened my eyes and has showed me what was always there, but what I had never seen before. If all Americans were like that? 8217; when you.

Jelle in Bolivia
