Friday, May 25, 2012. Okay so the title of this post is NOT. I have been feeling pretty down lately and I am currently refusing to step on the scale until I start to feel better about myself. When I was weighing myself everyday I was getting more and more critical of myself and that was making me more and more depressed as the numbers were not going down. I know that it has not gotten so bad that is drastically affecting my health.

Friday, February 20, 2015. 2015 started whether I was ready or not. Right at the beginning of the year I had to give up my Wiseman trophy. I had won it last year - but had to relinquish it to Jeraldine - the big winner for this year. My 2014 Wiseman Trophy! Bye, bye trophy! I hope I see you again soon. We had a great time.
