Då jag var i Turkiet så åt jag som gott varje dag en ytters välsmakande sallad . Jag försökte identifiera smakerna och lyckade någorlunda . Men då jag kom hem så hade ett nummer av Allt om mat kommit. Och si där fanns det ett kapitel om Turkisk Meze och däribland den goda salladen . Och som vanligt har jag lagt till lite efter mina smaklökar . En halv gul paprika .
