We are trying to encourage upper body strength and it is working bc he can finally open the fridge door! Rumor has it that upper body weakness also leads to decreased fine motor.
Saturday, June 29, 2013. A few weeks ago my mom treated us to a weekend at the beach. The first day we were still being effected by Tropical Storm Andrea so the waves were much bigger than normal. Thursday, January 16, 2014. Best Christmas Vacation Ever! December was a super fun month! I guess I will just note, the Thanksgiving was great as well. We went to some friends who had six kids and it was an amazing and delicious feast. Here are some random pics before we left for vacation. Work Day cleaning out the garden. Brayden and Lane both broke their first TKD boards. Very excited! Tate at 6 months. Happy baby and so much fun! Off to find a Christmas Tree! .
Friday, April 23, 2010. Sometimes as parents we get so wrapped up in wanting our children to accomplish the next big step in life that we often forget how sad that feeling can really be upon reflection. I catch more and more glimpses of a little boy rather than my toddler these days and my baby is just not a baby anymore! Cruz is still working on good balance and usually falls to his bottom, but this time he slipped and fell forward, hitting his noggin on the hinge of a storage ottoman in our entryway! .
