Hefeteig ist eigentlich keine besonders spannende Angelegenheit. Doch zu einem Osterfrühstück gehört er in Form eines Ostebrots oder eines Osterzopfs einfach dazu. Der Osterzopf ist eigentlich seit Jahren Aufgabe meiner Oma. Da die Arme aber eine dicke Erkältung hat, musste ich heuer ran. Im Glas gebacken lässt sich das Ostebrot gut vorbereiten und die kleinen Gläschen sind noch dazu ein Blickfang auf der Ostertafel.
Aufgrund der gesundheitlichen Probleme und des Wetters starte ich endlich wieder einmal eine Foto-Runde auf den Gaisberg. Knapp 700 Hm und etliche tolle Eindrücke habe ich auf jeden Fall mitnehmen können.
