LEAD 501 - Educational Leadership in a Democratic Society. Sunday, November 24, 2013. If you look at statistics, it seems that this theory holds. According to the NM PED website, the schools that are less diverse and that are in higher economic parts of town are scoring higher. The areas where the students have more range are rated lower.
