The horses used for racing are always thoroughbred. They horses race on either a grass or sand track. It is thought horse racing started in Ancient Greece, Babylon, Syria, and Egypt. Sunday, 6 April 2014. This is my final post on uniforms around the world. As you may have guessed it will be on the uniforms in Burundi. The different age groups in Burundi are as follows. The first age group Bergeronnette Wagtail is aged 7 to 11. Then at age 12 till 15 you become a Girl Guide Junior and at 13 you are considered a Girl Guide Senior until 16. Then at 16 you are a Ranger. The leaders also wear the same uniform as the Girls. The Junior Guides uniform is made up.
