I know Ive been kind of missing in action lately, but I havent cooked anything interesting in a while. The garden is going, but there havent been any exciting developments there either. Yesterday, however, I FINALLY cooked something worth eating in my Crock Pot. As I mentioned before. About 1.5-2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs. 1 bottle of beer. 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes. 1 TBS tomato paste.
