ELA is fortunate to have one of the top Mixed Martial Arts Gyms in the Valley volunteer their time with ELA once a week for over a month.

In my experience in collegiate sports, physical training and obtaining various relating endorsements resistance bands are ideal for 7th grade students. ELA students will be focused not on building bulk but to increase strength while, most importantly, learning the proper form needed to help strengthen their body. Each student will use resistance bands.
