Sunday, October 2, 2011. On October 1st we went out to Apple Jack Orchards and had a great time together as a family. The weather was just perfect! The first thing we did was head straight for the pony rides. I got to ride on a white pony named, Jewels, and Paige rode on the little brown pony named, Chip! It is starting to actually look like a house! So here are a few pictures. This is the picture of the lot before we began construction. How the land looks after leveling it out. Thursday, February 19, 2015. More bathroom projects this week! We had a little setback with the removal and installation. Our old tub was cast iron so it took some muscle with a sledgehammer to finally get it out. The new tub is much more shallow and is made of porcelain. It was easier to move but proved to be more challenging to level. A day project turned into a three day project. The end of the week brought an all-nighter cement board party, sick 5-year-old, and tub surround tiling.
