Friday, July 24, 2009. Todays my 5th day of fasting. Ive already lost 12 pounds. I have so much farther to go though. Ive changed my ultimate goal weight to 110 pounds.42.4 pounds to go! My goal weight that I had set for today was 153.6 so Im 1.2 pounds lighter than my goal weight. I wonder how long it will take me to get to 110 maybe just a couple months. I hope.
