About 4 weeks ago I developed a bruise on my left shin. That kept me from training for 3 days. Last week it returned after a 22 mile run. This time it kept me from running 4 days. The timing was absolutely terrible. I had 5 weeks to go before the Go! February 15, 2011. St Louis marathon on April 10 in an attempt to qualify for the Boston marathon. My training is right on track.
